Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a talented HSE Project Specialist - Europe Powergen in Krakow to lead health, safety and environmental projects from identification through implementation, embedding HSE requirements in PowerGen project execution.

You will partner with project managers, site teams and engineering to ensure regulatory compliance, manage RAMS/JSA and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement while traveling across European sites up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HSE experience with project leadership and field execution support.
• Professional HSE certification such as NEBOSH Construction or equivalent.
• Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Management or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead health, safety and environmental projects across Europe from identification to implementation.
• Embed HSE requirements into PowerGen project execution with key stakeholders.
• Manage HSE risk through RAMS, JSA equivalents and control measures for high-risk activities.
• Ensure site readiness and compliance for activities such as lifting, electrical work and permit-to-work.
• Oversee contractor HSE onboarding and ongoing performance monitoring across European sites.
