Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for a major CCGT Power Plant project in Grudziądz, Poland. You will oversee electrical erection and supervise subcontractors to ensure work follows erection manuals and schedules.

Requirements include a University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years’ experience in electrical construction, with proven large-energy project exposure (thermal plants preferred).

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction.
Proven experience in electrical erection for large scale energy projects; preferably in Thermal Power Plants.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Ensure quantities are erected according to erection manuals.

Job Description Site Engineer - Electrical 12/08/2026 Job Description:

We are currently looking for aSite Electrical Engineerat to be a fundamental part of Metlen's construction team for the

CCGT Power Plant, based in Grudziadz, Poland.

Your role will encompass:

Ensures that the subcontract erection works are performed according to the studies
Supervise electrical subcontracting works
Confirms that the quantities are erected according to the erection manuals
Ensures that the works performed as per the time schedule
Certifies thequantity of the installed equipment by the end of each month
Participates in site meetings with the subcontractor
Communicates any issue to the engineering department and provides solution to the subcontractor

What you bring to the role:

University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
Proven experience in electrical erection for large scale energy projects. Preferrable in Thermal Power Plants.
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
