Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to join our construction team for a major CCGT Power Plant project in Grudziądz, Poland. You will oversee electrical erection and supervise subcontractors to ensure work follows erection manuals and schedules.

Requirements include a University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years’ experience in electrical construction, with proven large-energy project exposure (thermal plants preferred).

Qualifications

• University or Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Proven experience in electrical erection for large scale energy projects; preferably in Thermal Power Plants.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical erection works and supervise subcontractors.
• Ensure quantities are erected according to erection manuals.
• Make sure works align with project schedule and timeframes.
• Certify the quantity of installed equipment monthly.
• Participate in site meetings with subcontractors and report issues to engineering.
