STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking an Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Administrator in Kraków, Poland. The role focuses on ensuring all fund data is reported accurately and on time to clients and stakeholders, while resolving inquiries and exceptions with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities include processing fund administration tasks, reviewing components, and maintaining precise documentation.

Qualifications

  • Numeracy and literacy skills required.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and German.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with accuracy.
  • Willingness to work from office at least 3 days/week.
  • Bachelor degree in accountancy or business field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Fund Administration processes, functions and controlling tasks with timely, accurate delivery to clients.
  • Review fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist per standards.
  • Liaise with internal clients, external counterparties and other departments for inputs.
  • Ensure departmental procedures and controls are followed and identify gaps.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Keep Team Managers informed on daily progress and status of requests.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain communication with team members and take ownership of personal growth.

Purpose Of Role:The purpose of Investment Administration Insourcing Services (IAIS) Simcorp Fund Administrator role is:Ensuring all data pertaining to funds is reported accurately and on time to internal/external clients and relevant stakeholdersBeing engaged in exception resolution processes, pro-actively resolving inquiries and exceptions on a case-by case basis by working with functional teams and State Street peersResponsibilities:Perform Fund Administration processes, functions and controlling tasks, including accounting, reporting and administrative duties, while ensuring highest quality of timely and accurate delivery to clientsReview fund components and complete the Preparers’ checklist in line with departmental reporting and delivery standardsLiaise with internal clients, external counterparties and support other departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to service delivery, resolving errors and discrepanciesEnsure departmental procedures and controls are followed. Identify control gapsProvide timely and professional responses to all inquiriesKeep Team Managers informed to daily work progress and status of requestsProvide support to ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Team ManagersKeep proper communication with other team members.Take ownership for your own personal growth.
