Job summary

State Street Corporation Kraków is seeking an Associate 2 for Corporate Actions to perform high‑risk end-to-end processing and verification of client instructions in IBOR, coordinating with global custodians on entitlements.

In this role you will act as a subject‑matter expert, train team members, manage workload with strong accuracy, and support process improvements while adhering to a hybrid schedule with three days in the office.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Corporate Actions preferred.
  • Understanding of Corporate Action Lifecycle.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of SWIFT messaging ISO 15022.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert of an operating team providing support and control over complex and time critical corporate action events and transactions.
  • Account transactions in IBOR for allotted clients and reconciling entitlements.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members.
  • Assist managers by prioritizing workload and improving productivity.
  • Ensure risk is managed by completing tasks accurately and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support projects aimed at improving corporate action processes.

Job DescriptionBackground: State Street Corporate Actions consists of approximately 900 individuals with presence in 6 locations Globally carrying out an end to end Corporate Action process within both a custody and middle office.Role Purpose: An excellent opportunity has arisen at the Associate 2 level within Corporate Actions which involves carrying out a high risk function within the operation. The successful candidate’s responsibilities primarily include the timely and accurate processing and verifying of client Corporate Actions instructions and accounting transactions in Investment Books of Records (IBOR) for respective allotted clients for Global market events within a Middle Office environment.
