Moleculex, located in Siemianowice Śląskie, seeks an administrative warehouse coordinator. You will manage documentation, data entry, and archiving while supporting goods flow and stock control within our campus warehouses.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position, a forklift certificate, and basic English. You will work under safety rules and collaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to ensure accurate deliveries and reports.

Formación

• Secondary education or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic English (A2).
• Valid forklift operator certificate.
• Experience with SAP, especially goods receipt and shipping.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Issuing and controlling warehouse documents.

• Participating in cycle and annual inventory counts.
• Overseeing proper labeling and placement of goods.

• Cooperating with the logistics, purchasing, production, and customer service departments regarding the receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Promoting and applying in practice PBM rules.
• Segregating wastes systematically, minimizing the use of materials.
• Compliance with health, safety and fire regulations and following Security Officers' instructions.

The purpose of the position is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of administrative processes in the Molex campus warehouses in Siemianowice Śląskie. The person in this position is responsible for proper documentation management, coordination of goods flow, and operational and system support for warehouse activities. A key task is to ensure compliance of warehouse operations with the applicable procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.

What You Will Do

• Issuing and controlling warehouse documents
• Entering data into the warehouse system
• Archiving documents according to company procedures
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Participating in cycle and annual inventory counts
• Overseeing proper labeling and placement of goods
• Verifying the compliance of deliveries with documentation
• Creating reports and analyses for the logistics/warehouse department
• Cooperating with the logistics, purchasing, production, and customer service departments regarding the receipt and dispatch of goods
• Promoting and applying in practice PBM rules.
• Segregating wastes systematically, minimizing the use of materials.
• Compliance with the health, safety and fire regulation, procedures and instructions and follow the instructions of Security Officers to maintain safety and order on the premises of the Plant.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Secondary education or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of English (minimum A2 level).
• Valid forklift operator certificate.
• Experience working with SAP, particularly in goods receipt and shipping processes.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines.
