Job summary

Molex is seeking a Process Engineer to coordinate and manage the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process in our Poland location. You will join an engineering team responsible for implementing and controlling technical changes across the organisation.

You will create and coordinate ECOs, monitor activities and deadlines, track open ECOs, assess impacts on BOMs and tooling, manage technical documentation, and communicate changes across the business. English proficiency at B2 level is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of engineering change management processes.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Basic database and reporting knowledge.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Knowledge of: Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation & Robotics, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
• ECO, NPI, or technical documentation experience.
