Job summary

The Molex campus warehouses in Siemianowice Śląskie are seeking an Administrative Logistics Clerk to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of warehouse processes. You will manage documentation, coordinate goods flow, and provide operational and system support while ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or student status in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Basic knowledge of English (minimum A2 level).
• Valid forklift operator certificate.
• Experience working with SAP, particularly in goods receipt and shipping processes.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure and meet deadlines.

Job description
