Job summary

FABE POLSKA Sp. z o.o., specializing in road and highway construction, is recruiting a Road Works Manager for the S7 expressway project on the Czosnów-Kiełpin section in Masovian Voivodeship.

You will supervise on-site works, coordinate subcontractors, verify design compliance, maintain the construction log, ensure quality, schedule, budget, and safety, and liaise with the Project Directorate and Employer.

Qualifications

• Higher technical education; road construction preferred.
• Construction qualifications to manage works in road construction without restrictions.
• 3–5 years of experience in large road investment projects (Design and Build welcome).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and AutoCAD; MS Project welcome.

• Operational management: coordination and supervision of road works on GDDKiA contracts based on schedule, budget and quality requirements
• Cooperation with subcontractors: selecting suppliers, negotiating terms and ongoing settlement of completed works
• Technical supervision: verifying compliance of works with design documentation, technical specifications and engineering standards
• Documentation: maintaining and analyzing construction documentation, including the construction log and measurement book
• Communication: active cooperation with the Project Directorate, the Contract Engineer and the Employer
• Safety: supervision over rigorous compliance with OHS and environmental protection standards on the construction site

Requirements

• Education: higher technical education (road construction preferred)
• Qualifications: construction qualifications to manage works in the road construction specialty without restrictions
• Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in large road investment projects ("Design and Build" contracts welcome)
• Skills: proficient knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; knowledge of MS Project welcome
• Mobility: driving license category B and readiness to work on-site on the contract
