Aven Hospitality in Kraków seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Technical Lead / Developer to guide platform strategy and deliver scalable ITSM solutions. You will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, architecting workflows while hands-on coding and configuring modules.

As the primary technical lead, you will oversee governance, perform code reviews, mentor teammates, and ensure secure, maintainable deployments that scale with the enterprise. Hybrid work reflects modern collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform governance, standards, and best practices.
• Define roadmap direction, architecture and design for the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead lifecycle activities including testing and deployment; manage upgrades.
