Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to own the platform end-to-end—architecture, data model, integrations, and governance. You’ll lead a team of technical administrators and partner with IT and business stakeholders across the group to shape digital services for thousands of employees.

You will drive adoption of AI capabilities, ensure scalable performance, and own the roadmap in a fast-growing, global company. English required; hybrid work with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managing ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platform.
• 3+ years of proven people management experience.
• Experience partnering with Security and IT stakeholders on vulnerability and compliance workflows.
• Deep working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB/ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Catalog, Knowledge, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end — architecture, data model, integrations, security posture, and the technical roadmap.
• Define and execute strategy for adopting modern ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Oversee delivery across ITSM/HRSD/CSM domains with governance and business stakeholders.
• Manage governance, security and vendor relationships including licensing and budgets.
• Lead platform administrators and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.
