Job summary

The Cloud People is seeking a Solution Architect to take a front-line, customer-facing role in our Consultancy team. You will design, architect and document ServiceNow solutions, translating complex business requirements into feasible designs that maximize out-of-the-box capabilities.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, guide Developers and Technical Architects, and contribute to presales with platform demos and SOW scoping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role delivering on the ServiceNow platform.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow areas (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, WSD).
• ServiceNow CIS certification(s) in your area.
• Strong understanding of business challenges and industry terminology in focus areas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with agile delivery, story writing, and iterative design.

Responsibilities

• Lead process and solution design for ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through clarification meetings and workshops.
• Analyze requirements, identify gaps, and assess risks.
• Define architecture standards and governance for scalable implementations.
• Create high-level and low-level designs and agile artifacts.
• Provide accurate scoping and estimations for projects.
• Oversee quality assurance to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Share knowledge and train stakeholders and contribute to internal communities.
• Assist in presales with platform demos and SOW scoping.
