Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a QA Analyst to design and execute test plans for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring functional accuracy and quality across modules. You will contribute to the validation of business requirements and support release readiness.

You will perform manual testing, create test cases, track defects, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and product teams in an Agile environment to drive continuous QA improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Strong experience testing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects through resolution.
• Validate business requirements against system implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Support testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations within ServiceNow.
• Maintain test documentation and ensure requirement traceability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and reviews.
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing standards.
• Assist in release validation and production readiness checks.
