Job summary

Black Financial Consult is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to plan, design, and execute test activities across enterprise platforms including ServiceNow. You will validate business requirements through structured testing, track defects, and ensure product quality is maintained.

You will design and run test plans, perform functional, regression, integration and UAT testing, and collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues, supporting test automation where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Hands-on testing of ServiceNow and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Validate business requirements against system implementations.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to resolve issues.
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of workflows, configurations, and integrations.
