Productiv Team in Poland is seeking a senior QA engineer to own automation across UI, API and end-to-end testing for enterprise platforms.

You will lead QA strategy, design scalable automation frameworks, translate business requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and validate complex end-to-end workflows with stakeholders. This remote, full-time role emphasizes collaboration with product and engineering to ensure reliable software delivery.

Formación

• 7–10 years QA experience with strong automation across enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools.
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ownership mindset.

What you’ll do

• Lead QA strategy and design scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and end-to-end testing
• Build and maintain regression and functional test suites, ensuring quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
• Validate end-to-end workflows and integrations (orders, payments, financial and transactional processes) across frontend, APIs, and backend systems
• Partner with stakeholders to support UAT, identify gaps, and drive alignment between business, product, and engineering teams

What you bring

• 7–10 years in QA with a strong automation background, running quality across enterprise platforms
• Hands‑on experience with API testing (REST/SOAP) and UI automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design patterns, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Strong experience in requirement analysis, functional validation, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria
• Comfort validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial/transactional processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Nice to have

• SAP integrations (SOAP services)
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
• Performance testing experience
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools
