Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Manager to own the platform end-to-end—architecture, data model, integrations, and governance. As ServiceNow Platform Manager, you’ll own the platform end-to-end — architecture, roadmap, integrations, and governance — while leading a team of technical administrators and partnering with business and IT stakeholders across the group. What You Will Be Doing

Platform Ownership

• Own the ServiceNow platform end-to-end — accountable for architecture, data model, integrations, security posture, and the technical roadmap.
• Define and execute the strategy for adopting modern ServiceNow AI capabilities, keeping the platform ahead of business needs.

Product & Domain Delivery

• Oversee delivery across ServiceNow-hosted domains, including ITSM, HRSD, and CSM, in coordination with Global Service Governance & Excellence and business stakeholders.
• Run structured intake, roadmap planning, and delivery cadences across multiple domains with competing priorities.
• Enable enterprise self-service and digital workflows through the ServiceNow portal and mobile app.
• Define and track KPIs for adoption, service performance, and delivery predictability; drive automation and platform performance management.

Governance, Security & Vendor Management

• Enforce platform guardrails, release cadence, and change control; ensure the platform meets security and privacy requirements.
• Partner with Security and IT stakeholders on vulnerability and compliance workflow outcomes.
• Manage the ServiceNow contract and implementation partner relationships, including licensing, budget, and vendor risk.

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead ServiceNow platform technical administrators — evaluate team performance and support career development.
• Manage executive-level stakeholder relationships across IT and business units, translating technical constraints and trade-offs into business-relevant decisions.

You will report to the Director, Enterprise Service Management.

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 5 years managing ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform, preferably in a 10,000+ user environment.
• 3+ years of proven people management experience.
• Experience partnering with Security and IT stakeholders on vulnerability and compliance workflow outcomes.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform across key modules and concepts: ITSM, CMDB/ITOM, HRSD, CSM, Catalog, Knowledge, and integrations.
• Solid grounding in ITIL/ITSM processes and modern delivery practices (Agile/Lean), applied pragmatically.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.

Languages

• English at C1 level (written and spoken) is required.
