Job summary

ALTEN is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC / TPRM Developer to implement and enhance Governance, Risk & Compliance and Third-Party Risk Management solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You will help develop scalable risk and compliance processes and support enterprise governance initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years of ServiceNow development, expertise with IRM/GRC modules, and strong scripting skills. Certifications in CSA and CIS-Risk are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
• Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) implementations.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong scripting and platform customization skills.
• Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• CIS-Risk & Compliance or other IRM-related certifications will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions.
• Configure and support: Policy & Compliance Management.
• Audit Management.
• Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Develop workflows, automation, and risk assessment processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external governance and security tools.
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, security, and business teams.
