Job summary

Balyasny Asset Management is seeking a skilled Technology EC Pro Product Manager with ServiceNow expertise to join our product management team in Warsaw. You will analyze customer requirements, product performance and the roadmap within the ServiceNow ecosystem to deliver business value and optimize our ServiceNow-based solutions.

You will need 4 years of relevant experience, a related degree, and strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product management focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as Employee Center, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams.
• Ability to translate complex ServiceNow technical features into business value propositions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and third-party integrations to identify enhancement opportunities and competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to gather detailed requirements and feedback related to ServiceNow implementations and customisations.
• Analyse usage data, feedback trends, and service metrics within ServiceNow to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay current with ServiceNow product updates, industry trends to inform product roadmap and innovation strategies.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for development teams working on ServiceNow enhancements.
• Work closely with ServiceNow developers, user research & design architects, IT operations, and service line product owners to ensure alignment on product goals and successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations on ServiceNow product performance, adoption metrics, and customer satisfaction for leadership and stakeholders.
• Assist in testing new ServiceNow features, validating custom workflows, and ensuring quality and compliance with organisational standards.
