Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team delivering enterprise IT service management and platform upgrades across Europe. You will work on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM modules, develop scripts, configure risk and compliance within IRM, and collaborate in Scrum ceremonies.

The role requires at least 5 years of ServiceNow experience, strong analytical and communication skills, fluent Polish and English, and residing in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLAs, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Requests.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module configuration: Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs and IRM dashboards.
• Organized, focused work approach and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation and participate in testing and deployments.
• Analyze requirements, review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Perform ServiceNow administration, configuration, security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Set up dashboards and reporting; integrate with third-party tools and REST/SOAP services.
• Validate technical solutions before deployment.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
