Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow team delivering solutions to clients across Europe and the US. The role covers ongoing platform upgrades, scripting, workflows, dashboards, and integrations within ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SecOps, SPM, and IRM domains.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong knowledge of IRM, risk management, and compliance configurations, and is fluent in Polish and English, based in Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Mgmt, Problem Mgmt, Change Mgmt, Service Level Mgmt, CMDB, Knowledge Mgmt, Service Request Mgmt.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module including Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and compliance frameworks within IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, KRIs, and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Organized and focused work approach; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluency in Polish and English; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain ServiceNow documentation and configurations.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Configure platform components: security, workflows, data management, integrations.
• Develop Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies and UI Pages.
• Design and modify Flows/Workflows, portals and widgets; set up dashboards.
• Integrate with 3rd‑party tools via REST/SOAP APIs; validate solutions before deployment.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
