Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will work on platform upgrades, administration, configuration, and integration across ITSM, ITOM, and IRM modules.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus fluency in Polish and English and residing in Poland. You will contribute to delivering automated solutions and scalable workflows for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM.
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, KRIs, and reporting dashboards in IRM.
• Polish and English fluency; residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, requirement analysis, design reviews, and Scrum meetings.
• Perform ServiceNow administration, configuration, security, workflows, data management and integrations.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Develop and customize Flow/Workflow, portals and widgets; set up dashboards with reporting capabilities.
• Integrate with 3rd-party tools and REST/SOAP web services; validate solutions before deployment.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve end-user experience.

Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
