Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our Europe-wide team. You will handle core modules, IRM configurations, and automation opportunities, while collaborating in Scrum-driven delivery across multiple clients.

The role emphasizes robust scripting, integration work, and platform upgrades, with a focus on delivering reliable, scalable ServiceNow solutions in a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, and Service Request Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM module configuration (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation for ServiceNow processes.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Analyze requirements, review designs, and participate in design reviews.
• Perform platform upgrades and skipped records review.
• Configure ServiceNow, including security, workflows, data management, and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve user experience.
• Develop scripts in Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Pages.
• Create and customize Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets.
• Set up dashboards and reporting.
• Integrate with third-party tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Validate solutions before deployment.

The ServiceNow team at Sii delivers services to clients across various industries in Europe and the United States. Your tasks

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
