Sii Sp. z o.o. poszukuje doświadczonego Developera ServiceNow do pracy nad projektami w Europie i USA.

Do obowiązków należeć będzie konfiguracja modułów ServiceNow, IRM i prowadzenie zmian zgodnie z procesami ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia jako ServiceNow Developer.
• Znajomość modułów ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/HRSD/SecOps/SPM
• Znajomość IRM: Risk/Policy/Compliance/Audit/Vendor Risk.
• Umiejętność konfiguracji risk statements, KRI i dashboardów w IRM.
• Umiejętność tworzenia i optymalizacji procesów w ServiceNow.
• Dobra organizacja i komunikacja, biegła znajomość polskiego i angielskiego.

Responsibilities

• Tworzenie i utrzymanie dokumentacji projektowej i technicznej.
• Udział w testach i wdrożeniach platformy ServiceNow.
• Analiza wymagań, przeglądy architektury i scrum zajęcia.
• Przeprowadzanie upgrade'ów platformy i konfiguracja bezpieczeństwa.
• Administrowanie ServiceNow: konfiguracja, integracje, zarządzanie danymi.
• Tworzenie skryptów (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACL, UI Policies, UI Pages).
• Tworzenie i modyfikacja Flow/Workflow, portali i widgetów.
• Budowanie i utrzymywanie pulpitów z raportami i KPI.
• Integracja z narzędziami zewnętrznymi i REST/SOAP.

Job description

Nasze wymagania:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Service Request Management
• Previous work with the ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) module, including configuration of Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, control testing, issue management, and implementation of compliance frameworks within ServiceNow IRM
• Ability to configure risk statements, control objectives, risk indicators (KRI), and reporting dashboards in IRM
• An organized and focused approach to work
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required

Zakres obowiązków:

• Creating and maintaining existing documentation
• Taking part in the testing and deployment activities
• Participating in requirement analysis and review sessions, design reviews, and Scrum meetings
• Executing platform upgrades, including skipped records review
• Performing administration duties, configuration tasks, and general activities in ServiceNow, including standard configuration, security, workflow, data management, and integration
• Identifying opportunities for potential automation to enhance the end-user experience with the platform
• Developing scripts in various areas (Business Rules, UI Actions, Access Control Lists, UI Policies, UI Pages)
• Creating, customizing, and modifying Flow/Workflow, portals, and widgets
• Setting up dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Integrating with 3rd-party tools and other ServiceNow instances (including out-of-the-box APIs and REST/SOAP web services)
• Validating the technical solution before deployment
