Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. w Krakowie poszukuje Business Analysta zajmującego się ServiceNow. Praca obejmuje analizę oczekiwań klientów, tłumaczenie ich na specyfikacje dla zespołu deweloperskiego oraz projektowanie rozwiązań zgodnych z wymaganiami interesariuszy.

Wymagane co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia na platformie ServiceNow, dobra znajomość JavaScript, REST API oraz BPMN. Praca na miejscu, w Krakowie, z możliwością współpracy z klientami z Europy i USA.

• Udokumentowana rola Business Analytika.
• Umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami technicznymi i biznesowymi.
• Dobrze rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne i problem-solvingowe.

Responsibilities

• Analizowanie potrzeb klientów w zakresie rozwiązań ServiceNow (out-of-the-box lub custom).
• Tłumaczenie wymagań użytkownika na specyfikacje dla zespołu developerskiego.
• Projektowanie rozwiązań zgodnych z wymaganiami interesariuszy.
• Tworzenie i zarządzanie dokumentacją projektową i deliverables.
• Określanie wymagań technicznych dla zespołu (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Nadzór nad postępem prac i wsparcie klienta podczas UAT.
• Zarządzanie wdrożeniem produkcyjnym.
• Prowadzenie szkoleń dla użytkowników końcowych.

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployment
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
