Job summary

Sii Sp. z o.o. w Szczecinie poszukuje analityka ServiceNow (f/m/x) do zespołu Competency Center, aby analizować wymagania biznesowe i przekładać je na specyfikacje dla zespołu deweloperskiego.

Praca w środowisku Agile, z naciskiem na jakość rozwiązań i skuteczną współpracę z klientami. Wymagane co najmniej 3 lata doświadczenia z ServiceNow, znajomość ITSM, BPMN i JavaScript, a także biegła komunikacja w językach polskim i angielskim. Miejsce pracy: Szczecin, Polska.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia z platformą ServiceNow
• Udokumentowane doświadczenie jako analityk biznesowy
• Umiejętność codziennej współpracy z interesariuszami technicznymi i biznesowymi
• Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, zwłaszcza w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów deweloperskich, negocjowania z klientami i implementowania rozwiązań zgodnie z praktykami ServiceNow
• Podstawowa znajomość technologii używanych w ServiceNow, takich jak JavaScript, REST API i relacyjne bazy danych
• Znajomość Agile/Scrum
• Doświadczenie w tworzeniu czytelnych diagramów przepływów zgodnie z BPMN
• Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego
• Wymagane zamieszkanie w Polsce

Responsibilities

• Przeprowadzanie analizy biznesowej w celu zrozumienia oczekiwań klientów dotyczących rozwiązań ServiceNow out-of-the-box lub niestandardowych
• Tłumaczenie wymagań użytkowników na specyfikacje deweloperskie i wspieranie zespołu deweloperskiego
• Projektowanie rozwiązań zgodnych z wymaganiami interesariuszy
• Tworzenie i zarządzanie dokumentacją projektową i dostawczymi
• Określanie technicznych wymagań dla zespołu realizacyjnego (historie użytkownika, kryteria akceptacji)
• Nadzór nad postępem prac deweloperskich i prowadzenie klienta przez fazę UAT
• Zarządzanie wdrożeniem produkcyjnym
• Prowadzenie szkoleń dla końowych użytkowników na temat obsługi platformy i zaimplementowanych rozwiązań

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers' expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployment
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform's usability and implemented solutions

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
