Sii Sp. z o.o. w Polsce poszukuje analityka biznesowego specjalizującego się w ServiceNow.

Do Twoich zadań będzie należało analizowanie oczekiwań klientów, tłumaczenie wymagań na specyfikacje techniczne i wspieranie zespołu deweloperskiego podczas realizacji projektów ServiceNow. Praca w środowisku międzynarodowym, na miejscu we Wrocławiu. Wymagane minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na platformie ServiceNow, znajomość BPMN i REST API, dobra komunikacja i zdolność pracy z interesariuszami.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Doświadczenie jako analityk biznesowy.
• Umiejętność pracy z interesariuszami technicznymi i biznesowymi na co dzień.
• Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów.
• Doskonała komunikacja, także w zakresie rozwiązywania problemów i implementacji best practices ServiceNow.
• Podstawowa znajomość technologii używanych w ServiceNow (JavaScript, REST API, relacyjne bazy danych).
• Znajomość Agile/Scrum.
• Tworzenie i czytelne diagramy BPMN.

Responsibilities

• Przeprowadzanie analizy biznesowej w celu zrozumienia oczekiwań klientów względem rozwiązań ServiceNow out-of-the-box lub custom.
• Tłumaczenie wymagań użytkowników na specyfikacje dla zespołu deweloperskiego i wspieranie go podczas pracy.
• Projektowanie rozwiązań zgodnie z wymaganiami interesariuszy.
• Tworzenie i zarządzanie dokumentacją projektową i dostarczalności.
• Ustalanie wymagań technicznych dla zespołu dostarczającego (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Nadzór nad postępem prac deweloperskich i prowadzenie klientów przez fazę UAT.
• Zarządzanie wdrożeniem produkcyjnym.
• Przeprowadzanie szkoleń dla użytkowników końcowych dotyczących użyteczności platformy i wdrożonych rozwiązań.

About the project

Sii ServiceNow Competency Center provides services to customers from various industries in Europe and the United States. We specialize in improving customer platforms, optimizing and digitizing process flows, and expanding platform usage within the customer organization. Our experience spans among ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / HRSD / SecOps / SPM / CSM modules.

Your responsibilities

• Performing business analysis to understand customers’ expectations for ServiceNow out-of-the-box or custom solutions
• Translating user requirements into development specifications and supporting the development team whenever possible
• Designing solutions that align with stakeholders' requirements
• Creating and managing project and deliverable documentation
• Establishing technical requirements for the delivery team (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Supervising development progress and guiding customers through the UAT phase
• Managing production deployment
• Conducting necessary training for end-users on the platform’s usability and implemented solutions

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Ability to work with both technology and business stakeholders daily
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, especially in addressing development issues, negotiating with customers, and implementing solutions based on ServiceNow best practices
• Fundamental understanding of the technologies used within ServiceNow, such as JavaScript, REST API, and relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in creating understandable flow charts according to BPMN guidelines
• Fluency in Polish and English is required
• Residing in Poland required
