Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead the Service Business Operations team, overseeing SAP sales-order processing, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination.

You will establish standard procedures, monitor accuracy and throughput, provide coaching, and drive improvements to ensure timely revenue recognition and customer satisfaction across order-entry, billing, and related finance activities. Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, operations or related field.
• Five or more years in business operations, sales operations, customer service, order management, or related function.
• Experience leading an operations, order-management, or customer-service team.
• Experience creating and managing sales orders in SAP.
• Experience with invoicing, revenue, and payment activities with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage the Service Business Operations team.
• Oversee SAP sales-order processing, invoicing, and order administration.
• Establish standard procedures, controls, and performance expectations.
• Monitor transaction accuracy, processing times, and backlogs.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Serve as escalation point for order-entry, billing, and system issues.
