Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is seeking a Service and Field Technician to be the technical backbone of our growing machine fleet, based at our Poznań or Wrocław center in Poland. This day-to-day role goes beyond desk work, bringing machines to life in the field across Europe.

You will service, diagnose, and repair equipment, travel for on-site installations, and feed field insights back to our US engineering team. Fluency in English is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in field service, maintenance, or service engineering.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude; able to diagnose and repair machines.
• Experience with pneumatic systems or fluid handling is a plus.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work in the field with limited support.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, and repair Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines across the fleet.
• Travel across Europe to deliver and support installations on-site.
• Be the technical voice, feeding field feedback to the US engineering team.
• Support partners and customers with fast, clear troubleshooting.

Job description

We're hiring a Service and Field Technician to become the technical backbone of Aeroseal Europe's growing machine fleet, based out of our Technical Centre in Poznań or Wrocław, Poland.

This isn't a desk-bound maintenance role. This is where the machines meet the field.

You'll be:

• Keeping our Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines performing at their best — servicing, diagnosing, and repairing across the fleet
• Traveling across Europe to deliver and support AeroBarrier installations on-site
• Acting as the technical voice of Aeroseal Europe — feeding field experience straight back to our engineering team in the US
• Supporting partners and customers with fast, clear technical troubleshooting
• Helping build the training and documentation foundation for a scalable technical operation

Location matters here:

• Based in Poznań or Wrocław, Poland
• Willing to travel significantly across Europe, including occasional weekends away from base (fully covered)
• Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
• Valid driver's licence required

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3–5 years in field service, maintenance, or service engineering — ideally HVAC, industrial equipment, compressed air systems, or building services
• Has strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude — you can open an unfamiliar machine, trace a fault, and fix it without waiting for instructions
• Brings experience with pneumatic systems, pressure equipment, or fluid handling (strong advantage)
• Is methodical and detail-oriented — tidy workshop, thorough service records, systematic fault-finding
• Is confident working independently in the field, often without immediate support

This role sits at the center of our European technical operation, and it's built to grow. As our team expands, this position is expected to grow into a Technical Lead role — shaping how Aeroseal Europe services, trains, and scales across the continent.
