Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is hiring a Service and Field Technician to service Aeroseal and AeroBarrier equipment across Europe, based in Poznan or Wroclaw, Poland. The role will involve maintenance, diagnostics, field installations, and collaboration with engineering to improve technology.

You will travel across Europe, provide technical support to partners and customers, and contribute to a growing European technical team. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of field service, maintenance, or service engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Experience with pneumatic systems or fluid handling is a plus.
• Methodical and detail-oriented with good records.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on Aeroseal and AeroBarrier machines.
• Calibrate and test equipment before/after deployments; maintain service logs.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to partners and customers across Europe.
• Lead field installations across Europe and troubleshoot in the field.
• Act as technical liaison with Aeroseal HQ and feed back field experience to engineering.
• Assist in design and delivery of technical training for partners and operators.
• Maintain documentation and safety compliance.
