Job summary

Aeroseal Europe is seeking an Operations and Field Technician in Poland (Poznan or Wroclaw) to own logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations while supporting AeroBarrier field installations across Europe.

You will coordinate shipments, prepare equipment, manage client communications, and help scale the team as it grows; travel across Europe with occasional weekends away, with daily allowances fully covered. Fluent English is required; Polish or other European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations, logistics, field coordination, or deployment roles (construction, engineering, or equipment services).
• Willing to travel across Europe; weekends away may occur.
• Valid driver’s license and hands-on field experience.
• Fluent in English; Polish or other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Management: coordinate shipping and logistics for Aeroseal machines, parts, sealant, and consumables across Europe.
• Warehouse Operations: run a safe, organized warehouse with proper inventory handling.
• Inventory Control: manage stock levels, reorder proactively, track usage and forecast demand.
• Equipment Preparation: prepare and test equipment before deployments.
• Field Installations: lead on-site AeroBarrier installations across Europe.
• Client & Partner Communication: manage pre-site communications and act as on-site point of contact.
• Process Improvement: document and improve operational processes for scaling.
• Health & Safety: ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
