Job summary

Jit Team in Poland is seeking a Service Developer to join a Nordic financial client on a hybrid schedule across Poland. You will design and maintain Self Service Portal services, integrate APIs, and ensure data quality and governance while collaborating with platform teams.

The role requires hands-on work with BMC Helix Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate, plus strong SQL and API integration experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Developer or similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix Digital Workplace or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing and supporting API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
• Experience with data governance, quality and compliance.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end overview of service architecture and integrations within the Self Service Portal ecosystem.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design and build API integrations between systems and platforms.
• Create and maintain databases, ensuring data quality and governance.
• Develop workflows and service processes; support incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Salary: 1000-1200 PLN/day on B2B

Work model:

hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office)

Project

You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing and maintaining a Self Service Portal ecosystem, enabling efficient service delivery, workflow automation and integrations across enterprise platforms. The project involves designing digital services, automating business processes, developing API integrations and ensuring reliable data management across BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities You'll Have

• Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations within the Self Service Portal ecosystem.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain services, workflows and automations in BMC Digital Workplace, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Design, build and maintain API integrations between systems and platforms.
• Create, maintain and support databases, ensuring data quality, governance and compliance.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms and service processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners and platform teams.
• Support incident resolution, testing and continuous improvement of services and solutions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with BMC Helix / Digital Workplace or similar service management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing and supporting API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design and data modelling.
• Experience with database management and data ownership.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms.
