Job summary

You will guide epic and feature delivery, monitor KPIs, and support onboarding and upskilling through governance initiatives. The position offers collaboration with architects and analysts to drive transformation across the tribe.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in Agile delivery leadership.
• Experience with Hybrid Agile Operating Models (HAOM) or similar frameworks.
• Strong cross-squad coordination and dependency management.
• Stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with governance and reporting in structured delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Agile maturity models and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature delivery across multiple squads, aligning with quarterly goals and tribe priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Epic Syncs, Quarterly Planning, and Feature Board Reviews.
• Monitor adherence to Agile SLAs and KPIs, tracking velocity, quality, and predictability metrics.
• Serve as single point of contact for cross-squad delivery coordination and communication.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments proactively across the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Epic Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Test Leads on delivery readiness.
• Report on delivery performance metrics to governance forums and stakeholder groups.
• Ensure squads meet contractual obligations and IT control requirements consistently.
• Participate in Weekly Delivery Boards and Demand & Capacity Reviews.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to align scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Support onboarding and upskilling through T-shaping initiatives and skill matrix tracking.
• Contribute to tribe maturity assessments and continuous improvement of the operating model.
• Drive delivery transformation by embedding best practices and capturing lessons learned.

They're seeking an experienced Service Delivery Owner to join their STP Tribe in Kraków for a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to lead delivery across multiple squads, embedding Agile best practices whilst driving measurable outcomes in a complex technical environment.

Position Overview

As Service Delivery Owner, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of features and epics across multiple squads, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technical feasibility, and Agile delivery standards. You'll operate as the central coordination point, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and facilitating collaboration between Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Squad Leads, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders. Your work will directly impact delivery predictability, quality metrics, and the maturity of Agile practices across the tribe, contributing to both immediate quarterly goals and longer-term transformation objectives.

Requirements

• Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and business audiences
• Experience with governance and reporting in structured delivery environments
• Skilled in risk and dependency management within complex delivery landscapes
• Strategic thinking with focus on continuous improvement and transformation
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Understanding of STP systems and technical architecture principles
• Knowledge of IT controls, compliance requirements, and contractual obligations
• Experience supporting capability building, onboarding, and team development
• Familiarity with Agile maturity models and transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated competency in Agile ways of working and secure delivery operations
