Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking an experienced IDS Transformation Manager to lead the end-to-end IDS transformation roadmap. The role will partner with Product, Technology, Operations and Business stakeholders to ensure delivery across the IDS portfolio, with a focus on governance, risk management and measurable outcomes.

Hybrid work arrangement is available (3 days in the office, 2 days potentially for a parent of a child up to 4 years old).

IDS Transformation Manager

The IDS team are currently looking for an experience transformation leader based in our Krakow office. This is a global role where the chosen individual will drive alignment, own the end to end execution of the IDS transformation roadmap and partner with stakeholders on a global level.

Location: Kraków

Hybrid model: Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old

Duties will include but not limited to:

Overall Leadership & Governance:

• Serve as a senior transformation leader and trusted advisor to IDS leadership on transformation strategy, execution progress, and delivery outcomes across the IDS portfolio
• Drive alignment across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable efficiency, predictability, and scalability
• Establish and maintain a robust transformation governance framework (standards, KPIs, operating cadence, escalation paths) to ensure transparency and control across all initiatives
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across transformation programs, ensuring minimal disruption to production and ongoing roadmap delivery
• Lead executive-level communication and reporting on transformation progress, outcomes, and value realization

Transformation Strategy & Execution (Enterprise Scope):

• Own the end-to-end execution of the IDS Transformation roadmap spanning Product Led Development (PLD), AI adoption, process modernization, and knowledge management initiatives
• Translate transformation vision into actionable programs, milestones, and measurable outcomes
• Drive implementation and scaling of Product Led Development
• Oversee transformation of multiple product families and ensure consistency in execution across all PODs and initiatives
• Partner with Products, Business Transformation, AI Labs and Systems leadership to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiatives into the broader product delivery lifecycle

Product Led Development (PLD) Operating Model:

• Establish and institutionalize the PLD operating model across IDS
• Ensure effective implementation of intake, backlog management, and planning frameworks
• Drive adherence to consistent tooling (e.g., JIRA usage) to improve planning accuracy and transparency
• Address key maturity gaps such as estimation accuracy, intake clarity, and capacity planning

AI Transformation & Innovation:

• Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Oversee AI use cases including inquiry automation, impact analysis, access provisioning, and test automation
• Drive lifecycle from proof-of-concept to scaled adoption
• Ensure alignment with operational goals such as efficiency and scalability
• Partner with Technology teams to ensure secure and scalable implementation

Process Modernization & Operational Excellence:

• Drive standardization and optimization of delivery processes
• Establish governance and monitoring frameworks
• Improve demand-capacity alignment
• Enable transition to agile delivery models
• Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency

Portfolio Management, Insights & Reporting:

• Provide executive visibility into transformation progress
• Establish KPI and OKR frameworks
• Drive data-driven decision-making through dashboards
• Monitor risks and ensure mitigation
• Align initiatives with business priorities

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management:

• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead change management efforts including training and communication
• Ensure smooth transition to new operating models
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Capability Building & Culture:

• Develop and scale transformation capabilities
• Coach leaders and teams on best practices
• Promote experimentation and learning
• Ensure sustainability of transformation
