Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner to maximize the value of integrations delivered by the Orchestration Teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a relevant role, preferably within Agile and financial services. Key responsibilities include managing the Product Backlog, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring team efficiency.

Delivery Lead / Technical Product Owner

Responsibilities:

• Maximize the value of integrations delivered by the Orchestration Teams
• Drive execution of the strategy defined by IIS Architecture
• Create and clearly communicate Product Backlog items
• Refine and visualize the Orchestration Teams backlog in line with the client and IIS ways of working
• Prioritize Product Backlog items to maximize the value of team deliverables
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and clearly understood
• Develop and communicate Team PI Objectives and team goals
• Collaborate with architects, product management and stakeholders to support agile value delivery
• Support the design of solutions aligned with IIS Architecture and stakeholder requirements, including non-functional requirements
• Work closely with IIS Product Management, Train Architects, Solution and Group Architecture, other Product Owners, Service Domain Leaders and the Train Trio
• Cooperate with Data Teams on common platform and governance topics
• Contribute to building a common platform and governance model for the Integration Framework
• Identify risks, dependencies and impediments at team level to support team efficiency
• Work in line with standards, guidelines and common governance practices
• Cooperate with Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and Line Managers on ways of working and delivery improvements
• Participate in organization governance forums and communities of practice
• Work on a daily basis with Orchestration Teams to support delivery, prioritization and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Delivery Lead, Project Manager or Execution Lead, preferably in Agile and financial services environments
• Technical background and good understanding of Java microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL and APIs
• Experience or exposure to data integration topics
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to support teams in breaking down larger functionalities into smaller stories achievable within a sprint
• Good understanding of Agile principles and value‑driven delivery
• Ability to work with architects, product managers and technical teams on solution design and backlog refinement
• Strong ownership, structured approach and ability to manage priorities, dependencies and risks
• English language skills sufficient for daily cooperation in an international environment

Nice to have:

• Experience from financial crime prevention, banking, compliance or data‑heavy environments
• Experience working in SAFe or large‑scale Agile organizations
• Understanding of integration frameworks, data sourcing, orchestration or workflow management platforms
• Experience working with big data‑related technologies or large‑scale data flows
