Job summary

Mangopay UK Limited is seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer to join the Workplace Technology team in Warsaw. You will enable colleagues to communicate, collaborate, and work efficiently by delivering secure, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities include incident management, device provisioning, asset management, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration to improve user experience and efficiency. English proficiency is essential in our global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Helpdesk/ServiceDesk experience.
• Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite).
• Experience troubleshooting Mac OS & iOS.
• Exposure to MDM products like Jamf and Intune.
• Active Directory administration.
• Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems such as Jira.
• Experience with supporting Windows and Microsoft Office365 suite of products.
• Understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Security awareness and endpoint tooling knowledge.
• AV support experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizing and diagnosing incidents according to procedures and SLAs.
• Completing daily IT checks and investigating incidents for resolutions.
• Building new laptop and desktop workstations and performing deployments.
• Managing IT assets, stock, and allocations.
• Writing and updating technical and process documentation.
• Installing and configuring software for macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Maintaining offices’ IT infrastructure including Wi-Fi, servers, telephony, and VC equipment.
• Handling additional project work as assigned by management.
