INNOOVA is seeking a senior consultant to lead Workday Financials implementations, shaping configuration decisions with client stakeholders. You will influence design workshops and drive end-to-end delivery from requirements to go-live, growing the Practice with knowledge sharing.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Workday consulting, bilingual French/English, and a strong accounting/finance background with certification. Remote work from Montreal with client travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements gathering and design workshops directly with client stakeholders.
• Design and configure Workday Financials modules (FDM, GL, AP/AR, assets, procurement).
• Contribute to integration work connecting Workday to client systems.
• Drive testing cycles and deployment readiness through go-live support.
• Act as trusted advisor, raise risks, and support knowledge sharing to grow INNOOVA's Workday practice.
