Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Windchill Developer to join the global IT Product Lifecycle Management team. You will develop, customize, and support the Windchill PLM platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions for enterprise product lifecycle capabilities.

The role reports to a Poland-based manager and offers a hybrid working arrangement, with responsibilities spanning design, development, documentation, and user support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Windchill development and customization.
• Strong Java/J2EE with Windchill APIs.
• Experience with Windchill configuration elements: ACLs, lifecycles, workflows.
• Fluent English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into Windchill design and development tasks.
• Develop Windchill modules, workflows, and reporting frameworks.
• Prepare technical specification documents.
• Estimate effort and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot Windchill issues.
