Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead Windchill testing within a global IT PLM team. The role emphasizes end-to-end testing, automation, and collaboration with architects and developers in a hybrid work setup based in Poland.

You will own testing strategies, implement scalable automation, and ensure compliance with governance and change control. The position requires 8+ years of hands-on QA, Windchill knowledge, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation with hands-on test automation.
• Experience with Windchill PLM testing including core capabilities like Part/BOM Management, Document/CAD Management.
• Hands-on with test automation tools (Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent).
• Familiar with qTest or similar ALM/test management platforms.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe and DevOps practices.
• Fluent in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks to support regression testing and validation across environments.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Tosca or equivalent enterprise automation platforms.
• Validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and configurations within Windchill.
• Lead UAT cycles and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects, and analysts for test coverage.
• Integrate testing activities into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
• Track results, defects, and quality metrics in enterprise tools like qTest.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and testing efficiency.
