Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Poland is seeking an experienced QA/Test Automation Lead to own Windchill testing lifecycle, develop scalable automation frameworks, and ensure quality across global PLM platforms. The role reports to a manager in Poland and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

You will design automated tests with Tosca or equivalent tools, validate changes, manage UAT cycles, and integrate testing into CI/CD and SAFe Agile processes while aligning with IT governance and regulatory

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in QA, testing, or validation roles with hands-on test automation.
Experience Windchill PLM testing covering core capabilities like Part/BOM management, Document and CAD management, and Change/workflow management.
Experience with Windchill configuration constructs (ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, types, attributes).
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, or equivalent enterprise tools).
Experience with qTest or similar ALM/test management platforms.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
Fluent in English (C1).

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Windchill testing lifecycle including planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for regression testing across environments.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca or equivalent platforms.
Validate functional/technical requirements for enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes in Windchill.
Perform risk-based regression testing aligned with release schedule and governance.
Manage and facilitate UAT cycles with business validation and traceability to requirements.
Collaborate with Windchill developers, architects and analysts to ensure coverage.
Integrate testing activities into CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.
Track and document test results, defects and quality metrics in enterprise tools like qTest.
Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency.
Ensure alignment with IT governance, auditability, and compliance requirements.
