Job summary

EDP Renewables in Poland seeks a Site Manager to oversee the operation, control, and supervision of PV plants and wind farms. You will direct main contractors and ensure adherence to maintenance plans, safety rules, and OM guidelines.

The role includes coordinating with remote offices and driving continuous improvement across sites. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in a similar renewables site management role, strong organization skills, and familiarity with SAP and MS Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Minimum higher vocational training in electrical installations or renewables.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field is desirable.
• Polish energy sector regulations and EHS policies knowledge essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, control, and supervision of PV plants and wind farms in Poland.
• Coordinate main contractors and ensure OM Department guidelines are followed.
• Manage daily maintenance with subcontractors to maximize plant efficiency.
• Prepare and send monitoring reports and technical analyses to support decisions.
• Coordinate with remote office on plant availability and switching operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety, environment, and quality standards.
