You will work with ArcGIS Online templates, develop web maps, and ensure data quality; familiarity with ArcGIS Pro and SQL is preferred. This position emphasizes security, performance, and collaboration with Bechtel's IT and GIS teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS/IT or related field required.
• 10+ years of GIS experience or 12-14 years if without degree.
• Strong proficiency with Esri ArcGIS Suite and Python scripting.
• Experience developing web-based GIS applications and apps.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements web mapping applications and websites.
• Performs systems administration for GIS web services and applications.
• Develops field data collection apps and GIS tools.
• Ensures data quality, metadata, and documentation for GIS datasets.
• Collaborates with IT to upgrade GIS infrastructure and optimize performance.
• Develops GIS-based scripting tools for desktop and web platforms.
