Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Poland is seeking an Implementation Engineer to support the deployment and configuration of 3-GIS application suite and ESRI ArcGIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and providing technical support, as well as conducting customer assessments. A Bachelor's in Computer Science and 2-5 years of relevant experience are required. This role may involve up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, and performance tuning services for 3-GIS Network Solution.
• Troubleshoot client issues with Windows Server and GIS software.
• Provide technical support for clients including end users.
• Conduct customer needs assessments and document recommended solutions.
• Create scripts and models using ArcGIS Modelbuilder and Python scripting.
• Train end users and system administrators on 3-GIS Network Solution.
