Job summary

DCG is seeking an experienced GIS DevOps Lead to design, deploy, and manage ArcGIS Enterprise on a Kubernetes-based AWS platform. You will drive reliability, security, and automation across upgrades, scaling, and incident response.

The role requires strong ArcGIS expertise, AWS/EKS experience, IaC proficiency, and excellent communication across teams. Remote-friendly, with on-site collaboration in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience operating ArcGIS Enterprise in production environments.
• Experience running enterprise workloads on AWS, ideally with EKS/Kubernetes exposure.
• Experience deploying or operating ArcGIS on Kubernetes or containerized platforms.
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and cloud security fundamentals.
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for operations and tooling.
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-engineer environments with shared ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working across organizational boundaries.
• Knowledge of English C1.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, upgrading, and lifecycle management of ArcGIS Enterprise components.
• Share ownership of platform reliability, performance, security, and HA/DR design.
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code and environment standards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployments and upgrades.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership within the GIS DevOps team.
• Collaborate with peer GIS DevOps Engineer and GIS Engineering Manager.
