Job summary

Nord Security is seeking a Web Designer to craft engaging, high-performing web pages and marketing screens within our apps. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, Design System, and Engineering teams to ensure brand-aligned, user-centric experiences that drive acquisition and satisfaction. A strong portfolio and expertise in visual and interaction design, plus proficiency in Figma and English, are essential for this hybrid/remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven web design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design web pages that engage users and drive conversions.
• Create marketing screens within mobile apps.
• Analyze patterns, identify design flaws, and propose improvements.
• Align designs with brand identity and business goals.
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers, UX Researchers, and Design System teams.
• Present design decisions and their impact to stakeholders.
