Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a junior Graphic Designer based in Poland to join a monetisation-focused design team. You will create visuals for paywalls, upsells, banners, emails, and app store assets, aligning with the established design system and visual language.

Working closely with a senior designer and product marketing, you will contribute to A/B tests and customer engagement while delivering high-quality assets in a fast-paced, remote environment that embraces

Qualifications

Formal education in art or design.
Junior-level commercial experience in graphic design with a portfolio.

Responsibilities

Create high-quality graphic assets for monetisation funnels (paywalls, upsell elements, banners).
Develop vector illustrations and UI graphics consistent with the design system.
Design assets for email marketing campaigns.
Prepare app store assets and localised versions for App Store/Google Play.
Adapt assets across formats and A/B test variations.
Create Lottie animations for monetisation funnels.
Maintain visual consistency and quality across materials.
Collaborate with senior designer and product marketing stakeholders.
Iterate quickly while meeting deadlines.
Keep source files organized per guidelines.
