Job summary

Epcnetwork is seeking a Senior Web / Graphic Designer to craft opt-in pages, landing pages, and newsletter sites that are visually strong and optimized for conversions.

You will design and implement using ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Beehiiv, Webflow, and the Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring responsive, brand-consistent assets and close collaboration with marketing and content teams. Remote or Warsaw-based work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in web design (not limited to static graphics or branding).
• Proven experience creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites.
• Proficiency with ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar page builders.
• Strong understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva.
• English level: B2 or higher, with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, funnels, and opt-in pages using ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns
• Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and performance-optimized
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance data, and testing results
