Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Market Intelligence - Data Analytics professional in Poland to monitor web analytics, track campaigns, and generate insights that drive SEO, SEM, and paid media performance.

You will design dashboards in Looker Studio or Tableau, write complex SQL queries, manage GA4 implementation, and partner with marketing teams to translate data into actionable recommendations. This role also offers flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
• Hands-on GA4 architecture, BigQuery exports, and modern web data collection.
• Proficiency in building robust reports with Looker Studio or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Web Data Analytics & Tracking: monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and campaign performance.
• Dashboarding & Data Visualization: design, build, and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Tableau.
• Deep-Dive Data Exploration: write complex SQL queries to extract and blend data from sources.
• GA4 Management: act as internal expert for GA4 tracking and data integrity.
• Insight Generation: tie web data to business outcomes for SEO/SEM and paid media.
• A/B Testing Support: analyze tests to provide CRO recommendations.
