Panda Drum is seeking a senior video editor who treats editing as an output discipline and owns the full revision cycle and QC. You will be responsible for delivering six approved videos per week, from concept through final cut.

You’ll work on short and long-form performance ads, with a focus on retention, hooks, and conversion, using AI tools and collaboration with a sound engineer and strategy team to optimize results.

Qualifications

• Senior video editor who treats editing as an output discipline, not a craft project.
• Own the full revision cycle and QC, not just the upload.

Responsibilities

• Produce 6 approved videos per week, with weekly deadlines.
• Edit short and long-form performance ads (40 seconds to 2–3 minutes) optimized for retention, hook velocity, and conversions.
• Collaborate with a sound engineer, creative-strategy team, and AI tools to ensure effective hooks and emotional impact.
