Job summary

Talanto seeks a Senior UX Designer to join a startup-like environment. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and domain experts to create customer research artifacts, user journey maps, prototypes, and usability studies.

You’ll design experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity mockups and build interactive dashboards for data visualization. You will conduct user research, collaborate with clients, map journeys, and communicate design specifications to engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX or interaction design experience with responsive web design.
• Strong portfolio showing systematic and creative design thinking and UI/UX best practices.
• Advanced skills in interaction design and concept development.
• Ability to map user journeys and consider edge cases in designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research using explorative and descriptive methods.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams during customer engagements.
• Map and redesign user journeys for as-is and to-be processes.
• Design experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Communicate design directions to engineers in detail.
• Validate ideas with usability testing and product performance analysis.
• Measure feature performance and identify improvements.
• Create rapid prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on UX trends and craft inspired ideas.
• Influence cross-functional teams to align with customer needs and product vision.
