Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking a senior UX/UI designer to join our EU-focused design team. You will lead discovery workshops, explore opportunities with stakeholders, and design end-to-end journeys that connect multiple entry points and systems across the Orderer organization.

Working within a mature design system, you will produce quick interactive mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes, decide when to reuse patterns or craft new ones, and use UX metrics to validate assumptions.

Qualifications

Hands-on UX/UI design experience across the full discovery and delivery cycle.
Expert-level Figma skills with the ability to work within a mature design system.
Ability to create prototypes from low to high fidelity for different purposes.
Strong data-driven approach to justify design decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration with product, analytics, and engineering.
Native Polish and English at least B2 level.

Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the discovery phase with workshops.
Design end-to-end user journeys and complex flows across teams.
Create both quick mockups and high-fidelity prototypes.
Contribute to an established design system and decide when custom patterns are needed.
Use UX metrics to validate assumptions and guide design choices.
Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
